Being my age....shhhh 35yrs.....growing up and lip syncing to her songs was a part of any young girls childhood of the 80s/90s her music was a staple.
So ingrained into the fabric of music that we don't even realise how much a part of our history she was until now when after a few hours from finding out it is sinking in.
So to Whitney and all the songs you gave us, the great kind of songs we can sing loud and with feeling. wow what a career, what a life , what a woman, what a legend. Rest easy Whitney Houston x
